Lara Anderson earned her bachelors degree from the University of Wisconsin and her J.D. Degree from Whittier College School of Law. Thereafter, Ms. Anderson spent four years practicing civil litigation and family law before joining the Children's Law Center of Los Angeles where she spent seven years representing parents and children in Dependency Court. Ms. Anderson believed that in starting her own practice, she could be more effective in helping people deal with a variety of legal issues by keeping a small caseload that allows her to give each client the focus and attention they deserve. In 2008, Ms. Anderson founded The Law Office of Lara L. Anderson. Ms. Anderson has handled a wide variety of legal cases including divorce, child custody, adoption, dependency as well as estate planning and probate matters. The Law Office of Lara L. Anderson has allowed Ms. Anderson to fully realize her passion for helping people at all levels.
Ms. Anderson is active in a number of professional organizations including the American Bar Association, the Los Angeles County Bar Association, the San Fernando Valley Bar Association and the Juvenile Courts Bar Association.
